I am 31 years old and now 20 weeks pregnant.  I started treatments with Lidia after trying to conceive for a couple of years without success. We even tried IVF and were told we had great eggs that were transferred but we never conceived.  Lidia helped me both physically and emotionally. The treatments were very relaxing and I always felt like a new person after them. On a personal level Lidia is a happy and caring person and someone you naturally confide in and trust wholeheartedly - traits that cannot be underestimated whilst trying for a baby. We combined twice weekly reflexology sessions as well as a couple of Bowen therapies throughout the course of my treatment. After 13 visits over 12 weeks I was delighted to discover I was pregnant! It is my genuine belief that the weekly reflexology treatments prepared my body for conception in a way that other treatments I had tried couldn’t. When I was first told about Bowen, I really didn’t understand. So gentle and relaxing, I have never experienced such a unique natural remedy. I needed help with back pain, the pain was so bad at times I couldn’t breathe. I was told about Bowen by a family member, so I made an appointment. I couldn’t believe what happened next, initially I didn’t feel any different but as the day went by I started to feel the change. I am a 30 year old male. The first time I experienced back problem/pain was at the age of 15. Then in Germany, I visited various specialists regarding my back problem. I was referred to different types of exercises, but nothing seems to be helping. I have continued to search for an activity or treatment that might decrease the pain in my back. I have tried activities, such as: gym, running, yoga, tai chi, body balance and stretching. In addition, I have been and still am an active sports person. However, it was only in 2010 (at the age of 30), that I was introduced to Bowen therapy. At first, Bowen therapy appeared easy and I was a little sceptical during the initial treatment. Nevertheless, after one treatment, as soon as I have walked out of the treatment room, my pain of the past 15 years was gone.

Ear Candling Testimonials

Dear Lidia, For some time I have wanted to thank you for the wonderful therapeutic results achieved consequently to the ear candling early this year. It took a few weeks to feel the full benefit, but the four treatments I had have given me back a clarity of mind I had forgotten of, and at the same time, the candling has freed me of a terrible loss of balance that had plagued me for the past two years or more almost every day.
