- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment
- Unfortunately missing or failure to keep an appointment will result in voucher becoming void
- Any cancellation made within 24hrs of scheduled treatment will reduce 50% of the value of the gift voucher
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
